Production & Shipping Information
At Alyssa Knight Studio (Heart and Home Designs), we are committed to delivering high-quality, unique products directly to your door. Please take a moment to review our production and shipping policies below.
Production Times
All of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. Production times may vary based on the item:
- Wallpaper & Fabric: 5-7 business days
- Closet Dividers: 3-5 business days
- Milestone Discs: 3-5 business days
- Home Decor and Stationary: 2-4 business days
*Please note*: During busy seasons, such as holidays or sales, production times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if any significant delays arise.
Shipping Times & Rates
We ship worldwide, and the shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
- **Standard Shipping (US)**: 3-5 business days
- **Expedited Shipping (US)**: 2-3 business days
- **International Shipping**: 7-14 business days
Shipping rates vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order’s progress directly through our website or via the carrier’s website.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented. Our products are packaged minimally with eco-friendly materials whenever possible, and we encourage recycling the packaging after use.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alyssa@heartandhomedesigns.ca, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
