Return Policy
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
It is important to us that you're happy with your purchase! If you're unhappy with your items we offer a 7-day return policy on items that are not made to order, This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless there is a mistake made on our end.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at alyssa@heartandhomedesigns.ca. If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for the return shipping and a refund (for item, not including shipping) will be provided upon receiving item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
